报告人简介：
Huang Yong-Zhen received the B.S., M.S., and ph.D. degrees in physics from Peking University, Beijing, China, in 1983, 1986, and 1989, respectively. In 1989, he joined the Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Science (CAS), Beijing. In 1994, he was a visitor with BT laboratories, Ipswich, U.K. Since 1997, he has been a professor with the Institute of Semiconductors, CAS, where he is now the Director of the State Key Laboratory on Integrated Optoelectronics. His current research interests are mainly focused on semiconductor microcavity lasers, hybrid III-V/Si semiconductor lasers by wafer bonding, etc.
